While picking up an order of our freshly baked donuts, the owner of Leach's, Ray Leach, gave us the most inspiring idea. He wanted us to make something with his 9" round cakes. We were up for the challenge and this is how our ice cream cakes came to life. We use their locally sourced cake to ensure the highest quality product every time. There is no comparison when we take the 9" round cake, stuff it with homemade custard, premium toppings, and then smother it in buttercream frosting. Each cake serves 12 - 15 generous portions.
We start with rich, moist Leach’s chocolate cake, then pack it full of our signature Cookie Monster ice cream and creamy homemade vanilla custard.
