A sweet tradition since 2020
The original Skoops building has been a Barberton landmark since 1967. In 1985, Larry and Charlotte Smart purchased the shop and gave it the name Skoops, and the legend was born. Today, owners Terry Rastetter and David Helbling carry that tradition forward.
Our one-of-a-kind homemade vanilla custard recipe took more than six months to perfect, crafted from three main ingredients: milk, cream, and egg yolks. That's what makes it richer, smoother, and unlike anything else.
